Helping you find great things to see and do in the greater Blue Mountains

The Grand Cliff Top Walk is a 19km walk mainly along the southern escarpment of the Blue Mountains from Katoomba to Wentworth Falls or vice versa. You can do it in one day without seeing all the side journeys, and it could take around 8 hours for the average person. Track conditions may change and some additional detours may be required.

This two-day walk traverses the escarpment high above the Jamison Valley. You will experience stunning views towards Mount Solitary as your journey leads you along exhilarating cliff-edge tracks that skirt villages to explore along the way.

Starting at Wilson Park, Wentworth Falls, and travelling through Leura to Katoomba, this 19km walk showcases historic walking tracks, spectacular lookouts, waterfalls, rainforest and protected flora and fauna. You can do it in reverse starting in Katoomba.

Highlights include the stunning lookouts; Wentworth Falls waterfall; Leura Cascades; the Three Sisters Aboriginal Place; hand built historic and restored sandstone tracks; sightings of lyrebirds and black cockatoos; and, art deco villages with cafes, restaurants and accommodation.
